Bruce Weber:
Bruce Weber was born in Greensburg, Pennsylvania in 1946. He initially pursued theater at Denison University. He began photographing for ads and commercials for Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein in the late 1970s. Since then, his photographs have appeared in Vanity Fair, American Vogue, Interview, and many other prominent magazines. He has had more than fifteen books oh his work published; his photographs are in the permanent collections of London's Victoria and Albert Museum and the Museum of Modern Art in Paris.
I chose this photographer because I really admire the way he uses warm colors to compliment the skin tone of the models he is photographing. Also, the use of motion in his pictures really make all of them stunning pieces of work.

I really love the subtle warm tones in this photo. From the model's expression, to her placement and structure, everything just is great. I especially like how the strings on her shirt mimic the motion her hair is experiencing.
This photograph is definitely one of my favorites. The model's attire so so gorgeous it's a piece of art in itself. The way the shadow outline the model's body and how the light complements her face is just really well done.

Once again, the warm tones used in this photo really highlight the model's features. Her hair and placement of her hands really make for a stunning picture. I also really like how the photo is flipped so that it's upside down.
I like how in this photo, in contrast to his other photographs, he has background really blurred out which makes the viewer pay more attention to the model. Also, the umbrella is really gorgeous and by allowing the viewer to kind of see the model through it, it creates a sense of mystery.
